Key responsibilities:

  • Advising on all aspects of planning law, including development consent, planning applications and obligations, environmental impact, compulsory purchase and highways.
  • Supporting on major infrastructure and regeneration projects.
  • Handling planning appeals, judicial reviews and enforcement matters.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across real estate, environment, construction and public law teams.
  • Developing client relationships and supporting business development activities.
