Madison Berkeley is excited to partner with a fast-growing international real estate private equity firm seeking an Investment/Acquisitions Associate to join their market-leading London team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and execution of prospective investment opportunities including underwriting and financial analysis, investment committee presentations and acquisition due diligence.
  • Provide asset management support and financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses and on-going monitoring of investment performance.
  • Disposition support.
  • Preparation of fundraising and investor reporting materials.
  • Analysis of on-going portfolio risk and cash flow requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance or accounting preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment sales, private equity or investment banking.
  • Outstanding quantitative and financial modelling skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to take initiative, execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Ability to work full-time, non-remote.
