About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer, super passionate about AI engineering, to design and scale AI agents. Join our dynamic, friendly, close-knit team to build impactful LLM-powered solutions at speed.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine LLM-based agents, focusing on retrieval-augmented generation and data retrieval systems
- Develop robust AI evaluation frameworks, metrics, and methodologies
- Demonstrate NLP fundamentals (tokenisation, embeddings, LLM understanding)
- Practise prompt engineering (few-shot, role-based, …), continuously testing and optimising prompts with tools like Weave or Laminar
- Balance constraints (token limits, cost, speed) while maintaining clear, structured outputs
- Apply back-end expertise for data-intensive applications, writing clean, modular Python code and performing quick data processing
