We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warwick for a Recruitment Administrator to join their existing team. This is initially a 3 month contract with a chance to extend. We are looking for a detail orientated and organised individual with previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Managing job requisitions in Workday
- Handling recruitment queries and documentation
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Posting job adverts and maintaining brand consistency
- Compiling weekly recruitment reports and metrics
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Workday or similar systems
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and Excel
- Experience with invoicing and POs is a plus
Hours of Work:
Full time, 37 hours per week - working the below shifts:
- Monday - Thursday; 8am - 16:45pm
- Friday; 8am - 12pm
