This FTSE 250 listed real estate investment trust is currently seeking a Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer to join their growing organisation. The role reports to the CEO and as a senior leader within the company also sits on the Executive Committee. The role offers a broad ranging remit which requires an individual who has the skills to manage legal risk and support the board to ensure that the group complies with all of its governance obligations.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer and company secretary. They would have extensive previous experience providing both first class legal and company secretarial support to a FTSE listed organisation. Previous experience or interest in the real estate sector would also be a benefit but not a prerequisite at this stage.
