We are seeking a dynamic and outcome-oriented Investment Initiatives Analyst to join our Strategic Operating Model project within the Investment COO team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in an organisation undergoing substantial transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to define and implement best practices for our global operating model.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining best practice in investment processes across teams
- Partnering with the Desk Lead to deliver the STOM operating model
- Providing thought leadership in process design
- Engaging with technology to define system solutions
- Collaborating with middle and back office to develop a global investment framework
- Identifying and reviewing business overlaps for centralisation
- Identifying operational risks and determining mitigation solutions
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end investment process
- Experience in Multi Asset strategies and Fund Of Fund structures
- Previous experience in a front office role, or an operations role facing front office
- Experience with change / transformation projects
- Proven track record in increasing scalability in an investment context
- Ability to generate positive outcomes with stakeholders
- Dynamic individual with an outcome-oriented outlook
- Ability to assess and generate progressive solutions
