Overview
This award-winning full stack solution is accelerating its growth into major European markets off the back of sharp success in the US and UK. We are now hiring for a Business Development Director to unlock direct supply integrations across major EU5 markets outside of the UK, covering FR, ES, DE and IT.
The role:
- Shape our GTM plan and identify which markets we go after first, second etc.
- Map out the relevant key publishers in each market.
- Create an account-based marketing approach to engage with decision makers & influencers.
- Work with Sales Ops and Marketing to create an automated but personalised lead generation process that can be repeated across markets.
- Have thoughtful and well planned outreach using a multi-touch approach.
- Leverage sales collateral, events and your network to contract with target publishers.
- Setup meetings, pitch and close partnerships (3-9 months sales cycles).
- Sales and pipeline forecasting and reporting (and recommendations) into SLT.
Qualifications:
- Likely you will have/need a minimum 4-5 years experience working on the supply-side of programmatic advertising ecosystem either at a media network, tech vendor or similar.
- Proven track record of acquiring top tier publishers across EU5 markets.
- European Languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian) are desirable.
