We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and commercially sharp property finance professional to launch and lead a brand-new division within our fast-growing, highly successful finance brokerage. This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Account Manager or aspiring Head of Property to create, shape, and grow a division focused on Bridging Loans, Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance, and BTL.

- Work closely with funders and internal teams to deliver top-tier funding solutions
- Tap into our existing customer base (SMEs with funding needs) and your own network

- Build and lead a team as the division grows
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in commercial property finance (brokers or lenders welcome)
- Background in larger, complex transactions - not just flow deals

- Ready to step up, lead a division, and build something successful of your own
- Strong client network and proven ability to generate new business
- Comfortable in both face-to-face and hybrid working environments
