Your Mission

We’re seeking a Staff Design Researcher to join our FinCrime Squad in London. You’ll play a crucial role in balancing customer experience with compliance requirements, ensuring our financial crime prevention measures are both effective and user-friendly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prioritise high-impact research opportunities that improve customer experience and operational processes.
• Shape research strategy and direction for the FinCrime squad, aligning current and future work with our broader mission.
• Set the bar for outstanding customer understanding across all project sizes.
• Use diverse research methods to uncover insights about complex financial crime prevention challenges.
• Create clear narratives that make complex topics accessible to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Work across multiple teams to solve intricate problems with cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy research culture within the organisation.
• Mentor emerging researchers and shape collaborative practices that elevate the entire team.
