You will be responsible for providing regulatory services to the business sectors and manufacturing sites to enable compliance and marketability, considering new and existing Croda products. You will make a proactive contribution to defining how regulatory information is gathered, stored and communicated.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Educated to degree level within a scientific discipline (or with relevant experience)
- An understanding of what Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs is, and a desire to start or further your career in the field
- You will be an intellectually curious individual who brings a new way of thinking and approaching problem solving
- You will be a strong team player capable of building effective working relationships across functions within the company
- You will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills and be well organised
- You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
- Working knowledge of the European Chemical Regulations (EU REACH and CLP) or end product regulations is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working within toxicology or environmental science or a regulatory field is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working within a manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential
- Experience using SAP/SAP EHS, Microsoft packages or other online internal or external systems is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Key participant in deployment of systems being introduced to provide platforms to transform our organisational approach to data
- Managing product data to ensure validity and consistency, with a focus on regulatory impact
- Collating and creating appropriate responses to our customer needs for regulatory information in relation to their use in beauty care products
- Developing your own regulatory knowledge and skillsets to become a key member of the PSRA team
