DSV is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist in Feltham due to company growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a company dedicated to quality, innovation, and logistics services, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of cargo in compliance with operational procedures and legal requirements, including Health & Safety.
Key Tasks
- Communicating effectively with customers, partners, and internal departments via email and telephone.
- Monitoring delivery timelines to ensure completion within agreed schedules.
- Proactively resolving issues with customers and colleagues.
- Handling credit management queries as needed.
- Performing general administrative duties daily.
Skills and Competencies
- Providing Proof of Delivery (PODs) to meet customer requirements.
- Generating KPI reports for internal and external use.
- Ensuring correct rating of consignments for accurate invoicing.
- Verifying that delivery and collection details are correct.
- Collaborating with operations and overseas offices to meet customer commitments.
- Updating the DSV Order Management System with booking details.
