We’re seeking a Social Media Team Lead to join our Consumer Experience Team here at Nestlé UK&I. Based in Crawley, you’ll be leading our friendly and creative Social Media team, crafting engaging strategies and campaigns across various social media platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and inspire a talented team to create best-in-class paid, organic, and influencer social media strategies that really drive results.
- Lead our Influencer & Creator agenda, encouraging your team to utilise relevant tools and follow Nestlé processes.
- Support your team to develop a thorough understanding of paid social media and work with our media agency/social media partners to deliver standout campaigns.
- Drive your team to monitor and optimise social media performance through listening and reporting, tracking performance against our goals.
- Stay in the loop with the latest trends and consumer insights, providing recommendations and thought leadership to the wider business.
- Oversee content creation & briefing, ensuring this adheres to best practices and is relevant and engaging.
- Drive innovation, explore new technologies and test, learn & develop new social media tools and platforms.
- Collaborate & build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage HR processes including recruitment and budget management.
- Collaborate with the York Social Media Team Lead to shape the future of social media at Nestlé UK&I and foster connection between both teams.
