As the General Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the PGL offering is delivered with excellence to each and every customer, it continues to deliver a strong financial performance, all underpinned by a strong culture of excellent Health and Safety and safeguarding. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll develop and lead a dynamic and inspirational team of colleagues, setting clear objectives and ensuring they have all the support they need to be successful in their roles. You’ll embrace our core PGL values and implement them in the running of this 24/7 operation, and the complex challenges associated with residential settings of this scale.

- Senior operational management experience from the outdoor activity sector or similar sector with a residential provision
- Confident in managing budgets, cost planning, reporting and forecasting
- A demonstrable track record in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding principles and responsibilities
- Commitment to upholding strict Health, Safety and Food Hygiene standards
