Digital Marketing Team: We're a best-in-class performance marketing function with a strong track record of delivering incremental and profitable growth in customer acquisition and lifetime value. We continually focus on providing clear and measurable success across three DTC brands in both domestic and international markets.
The Role: We are searching for an ambitious and analytical individual to join our growing Digital Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator & Manager, you will assist in the planning, implementation and reporting across paid media channels; Paid Social, PPC and Affiliates.
- Requirements:
- Online media planning & delivery across all investment channels namely Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Affiliate marketing.
- Responsibility for Paid Social ad builds across promotional activity, always on creatives and ad hoc builds.
- Develop a strong working relationship with CRM, Brand, Trade, Buying and agency teams to support our e-commerce business.
- Collaborate on any necessary tech & creative requirements, including tracking setup and creative briefing.
- Liaising with external suppliers including website creative agencies, integrated marketing agencies, online advertising agencies, media agencies, online publications.
- Data, Reporting and Analysis:
- Support weekly/monthly reports and record daily channel performance.
- Produce ad-hoc channel reports to analyse performance of digital marketing to identify opportunities and reduce inefficiencies.
The Person:
- Passion for Digital Marketing & eagerness to build a career in this area, particularly fashion retail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to cope with multi-channel scope of role and pace of retail environment.
- A mixture of Creative and Analytical data skills is key.
- Data centric with a strength and preference towards data analysis.
