Position: Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

Department: Probate

Location: Loughborough

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Pay: Competitive

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Drafting Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Tax planning and Trusts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with at least 3 years’ experience in private client work
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive approach to business development and marketing initiatives
