With our Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience. You will receive a competitive basic salary of £25,400 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
About The Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
- Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
- Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos.
- Explain this process to the customer during your visit.
- Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
- Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
- Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
