Responsibilities:

  • Maintain security systems and equipment at client sites.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and equipment.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding their security solutions.
  • Educate clients on the proper use and functionality of security systems and equipment.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call as required for service requests.
