The Challenge

The Team: T2 Global Physical Security operates on a hybrid Center of Excellence and operational model, centralizing and standardizing technical security systems; promoting best practices; providing security training; supporting offices globally through security issues and incidents; and assessing and mitigating security risks across the enterprise, from local to global. We are a small, tightly knit security team, covering nine security pillars that contain more than four dozen security programs. We strongly value efficiency, creativity, and teamwork.

The Role: The Systems Manager will help support the global technical security and supply chain security risk pillars. The incumbent will also support their teammates in the development and management of their respective pillars. This role will report to the Director of Physical Security for Take-Two Interactive.

What You’ll Take On

  • Manage, design, and implement physical security system projects, ranging from small to large projects in excess of $1M, in collaboration with IT and Workplace Services.
  • Continue to expand the physical security systems program to legacy offices and new acquisitions.
  • Serve as a support partner on physical security infrastructure, emergencies and crises, and other programs as needed.
  • Conduct physical security surveys, security assessments, and prepare written and verbal reports identifying discrepancies, recommendations for alternative security measures and actions as appropriate.
  • Monitor the technical security ticketing system and resolve tickets within defined SLAs while providing excellent service to our internal customers.
  • Solve security problems using security technology solutions including, but not limited to access control, video management, intrusion detection, and guest management systems.
  • Help manage the selection and onboarding of new security technology solutions.
  • Ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, collaboration among key business partners.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the state-of-the-art of security technology.
  • Work with team members and vendors on both major and minor projects, ensuring alignment, communication, and successful delivery on project technical requirements and execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the technical physical security program and representative to business organizations on projects related to security technology.
  • Perform site inspections with closing documentation and required reports.
  • Support and supervise field system maintenance / inspections related to break-fix and compliance requirements.
  • Create project plans, schedule and drive meetings, take meeting notes, and follow through on action items with cross-functional partners.
  • Assist with security policy development and the formation of technical security best practices.
  • Maintain proficiency in the use of life safety and security systems at all locations and venues.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Proven project and vendor management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, coupled with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Identify and develop resource requirements to achieve corporate program goals and objectives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of security management work experience in a large corporate institutional or governmental environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent trade school experience.
  • Physical Security Certification such as Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM), or equivalent industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing technical physical security projects including overseeing the installation of Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Guest Management Systems, and Access Control.
  • Experience interfacing with partner teams including Facilities, Workplace Services (WPS), IT, Global Real Estate, and local site leadership.
  • Experience with project management from initial site planning, initial build-out, move-add-change projects, site maintenance, through decommissioning.
  • Experience with enterprise access control systems such as Lenel, Genetec, Software House, or others.
  • Experience working with a software ticketing system.
  • Experience with cloud-based technical security solutions.
  • Basic understanding of VLANs, firewall functionality, DHCP, and other basic networking concepts.
  • Previous experience in sourcing, testing, evaluating, approving, and managing security technology.
  • Ability to create, manage, and operate within a budget throughout the fiscal year.
