Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire is actively seeking an Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to progress and further their career within a team of talented individuals. This Architectural Practice specialise within Residential and Commercial developments and you will get the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects.

Our client is looking for an Architect that has experience within the Residential or Commercial sectors. This role requires an Architect to have experience running a project from inception to completion, a strong eye for detail/design, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting design proposals and detailed drawings
  • Meeting with construction professionals
  • Completing feasibility studies
  • Creating detailed drawings and specifications
  • Attending site

This practice uses AutoCAD on a daily basis so it is essential to have an excellent working knowledge of this software.

Job Overview:

  • Work on a range of projects within the residential and commercial sectors
  • Work on projects from planning stage through to completion
  • Liaise with clients and other professionals and build relationships with them
  • Attend site
  • Work collaboratively within a team and assist junior members where necessary
  • Help to resolve problems and issues that arise throughout construction

Job Requirements:

  • Live within a commutable distance to Boston
  • ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD with practical experience
  • Communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Motivated and able to take initiative
