What you’ll do as Marketing & Communications Team Coordinator:
- Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for a year-round calendar of events, from large-scale public festivals to industry conferences and intimate stakeholder receptions.
- Manage communications channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and email marketing with a strong focus on consistency and accuracy.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and branded content, including writing and proofreading copy for digital and printed materials.
- Liaise with internal departments, partners, suppliers and event stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Organise branded merchandise, manage marketing storage and event materials, and handle distribution of publications.
- Assist with stakeholder and customer engagement strategies, including feedback processes, CRM updates and service enhancements.
- Provide diary management, meeting support, minute-taking and team admin functions.
- Monitor and improve internal processes, credit card reconciliation and subscriptions management.
What you’ll bring as Marketing & Communications Team Coordinator:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications or events support role.
- Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting and content proofing.
- Proven ability to support or lead in the delivery of events and activations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable using email marketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and (ideally) CRM tools.
- Proficient in email marketing – Dotmailer/Mailchimp.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
- An understanding of or interest in sustainability, inclusion, and community-led work.
- Experience within property, placemaking or destination marketing is a bonus.
