Our client is a global top 100 architectural studio with a London head office. They are seeking an experienced Architect with specific expertise in Advanced Technologies and Data Centres to join their London studio. You will be responsible for the design and technical delivery of both concept and detailed work on projects across the UK and internationally.
The requirements of the role are:
- RIBA, ARB, or equivalent registered Architect with experience working within UK Building Regulations.
- Experience working within advanced technologies and data centres.
- Proficiency in Revit and a high level of CAD skill.
- Excellent knowledge of NBS Chorus specification systems.
- Highly computer literate.
- Skilled presenter both verbally and visually, using software and hand drawing skills.
- Working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations, and construction types.
- Working knowledge of town planning procedures.
- Ability to manage own time efficiently, delivering project work in an organised manner with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach with a flexible and open attitude to problem-solving.
