We are looking for a charismatic office-based (minimum 3 days office based)/ remote customer service sales professional to join an energetic sales team.

Our client is an innovative service provider empowering individuals to access to high quality social care. This is an organisation revolutionising this sector, ensuring individuals and families can choose high-quality, well-suited carers for their specific needs.

This new Telesales professional must be bright, articulate and most of all driven to provide excellent service to customers engaging with social care. You will work with customers over the telephone and via video call, understanding specific needs and guiding them through the service to ensure complete satisfaction.

Applicable candidates must closely match the following guidance profile:

  • 6+ months sales experience working with customers from initial contact to 'close'.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident on the telephone/video call.
  • Outgoing, high energy and charismatic character.
