A 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join a specialist engineering team delivering support on a highly secure government project. You will play a vital role in maintaining, upgrading, and monitoring a large-scale enterprise network, ensuring availability and performance for critical services.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working with Juniper devices, Citrix ADC (formerly Netscaler), and SolarWinds tools
- Supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure
- Conducting patch management and upgrades
- Monitoring network health and resolving incidents
- Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in 3rd Line Network Support
- Experience using Junos SPACE
- Hands-on experience with Juniper, Citrix ADC, and SolarWinds
- Must currently hold or be eligible for DV Clearance
