Job Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document comprehensive acceptance testing and payments data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured acceptance test solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical/automation knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain solution architectures, incorporating automation testing frameworks and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge in automation testing and solution design, staying current with industry trends to apply best practices and innovative solutions to evolving business needs.
- Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm.
- Support the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of solutions, utilizing automation testing and observability tools to ensure operational stability and availability.
- Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Payments experience with ISO 2022 with knowledge on transaction initiations and processing is a must.
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing Jira dashboards, Agile implementations and Defect triaging.
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Any of the testing certifications would be an added advantage - ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level / ASTQB ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (CTFL) / ASTQB ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst Certification (CTAL-TA) / ASTQB ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst Certification (CTAL-TT).
- Any automation certification (Front end/Back end) - Selenium, Python, Cucumber will be an added advantage.
