Recent investment has created a brand-new role in this ambitious and successful business based in the North Cotswolds. The FP&A Manager is a key role and will report to the CFO and the board and will play a key role in the future success of the group and its expansion initiatives. This is a highly visible role and requires an individual with an excellent background in Finance and analytics who can also deliver on strategic insights in an ever-changing sector.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the FP&A Manager?
- Lead the budgeting process and develop accurate, detailed financial forecasts for all existing and new areas of the business.
- Provide ongoing strategic planning through detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis and advise on the financial implications of strategic decisions, including new initiatives.
- Work with CEO, CFO to provide deal support around acquisitions and other key projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent experience of driving financial performance improvements in line with collective strategy.
- First rate financial analysis skills and experience of turning this analysis into deliverable strategies.
- Previous experience as an FP&A Manager gained in a fast-paced business and sector.
