Due to the location, applicants will need their own transport. Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a successful Distribution company in the outskirts of Chelmsford. We are looking for an experienced Stores Operative on a Temp to Perm basis, who is looking for their next challenge within a continuously growing business, supplying Storage solutions to some of the Worlds most recognisable Brands.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Loading and unloading of containers including heavy lifting
- Picking and packing items using a pick sheet
- Packing orders with precision
- Using an electric saw to cut packaging
- General housekeeping
The ideal Stores Operative candidate:
- Physically fit and healthy and able to complete manual handling tasks
- Able to read and write and communicate in English
- Happy to help with various tasks
- Must have a strong warehouse background

Pay rate and working hours: Pay will start at £12.21/h. Monday 07:30 - 17:00, Tuesday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. Due to rural location all applicants will need to drive.
