The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Head of Marketing to take the lead on a portfolio of established, long-term clients. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role responsible for crafting and delivering impactful digital marketing strategies that drive performance. You’ll bring a deep understanding of SEO, paid media (PPC), social media, content marketing, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — confident managing client relationships, leading internal teams, and optimising campaigns for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Leadership: Act as the primary marketing contact for clients, building strong relationships and translating business goals into actionable strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, optimizing for performance metrics.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct SEO audits and collaborate with developers to enhance site speed, UX, and search visibility.
- Content & Social Media: Oversee editorial calendars and manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across web and social platforms.
- Email & CRM Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns and automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Analytics & Reporting: Deliver performance insights through regular reporting using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager, including A/B testing and strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a management position, leading teams within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Proficient in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
- Experience using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
- Competency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
