An experienced Admissions & Enrolment Manager is urgently required to join a busy and fast-paced admissions environment in Bournemouth. This is a key leadership role focused on overseeing the entire admissions and enrolment process.

You will lead a team and ensure an efficient, customer-focused admissions service that meets recruitment goals. Proven experience in managing or working within an admissions function is essential.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and support the Admissions & Enrolment team, including training, development, and performance reviews
  • Manage the full admissions process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring timely and accurate handling of applications
  • Maintain and update policies, procedures, and qualification equivalencies to support consistent and accurate decision-making - experience of working in admissions is required
  • Regularly review systems and processes to maximise operational efficiency and ensure an excellent applicant experience
  • Produce and maintain clear, up-to-date applicant communications, including entry requirements and application guidance
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. UCAS, UKVI, DBS, UKCISA, NARIC) to ensure compliance and smooth operations
  • Participate in relevant committees and working groups, representing the admissions function, and contributing to continuous improvement
