A leading Building Services and Sustainability Consultancy in Bristol is looking for a Revit MEP Technician for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience and a good understanding of HVAC, Electrical and Above Ground Drainage. They are open to someone on a freelance or permanent basis.

Role:

  • Creating detailed models, drawings, schematics, and layouts of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
  • Participate in clash detection meetings and use Navisworks to coordinate the MEP services with architectural and structural elements.
  • Help maintain BIM standards and ensure models are compliant with client requirements.
  • Regularly update models and drawings to reflect design changes or site conditions.
  • Assist with 'as-built' drawings after construction is completed.

Current projects include listed buildings, hospitals, hotels, and schools, so previous experience in these sectors would be great. This role will require attending their office a few times a week, which is located a few minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads station.
