Role responsibilities Responsible for all operational delivery of the different teams within the Master Trust proposition to ensure first class customer service to clients and scheme members Actively overseeing and managing the different departments including Service Delivery, Projects and Technical & Quality teams Accountable for the provision of all Pension Administration services, process management and delivering process improvements focusing on member experience Leading by example across the wider business areas whilst driving forward service quality and performance Role requirements Strong and in-depth Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions knowledge.
