The Job You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and manage export documentation, liaise with couriers and freight companies.
- Handle logistics coordination for international shipments.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Support general office operations to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Process and reconcile sales invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and manage stock-related transactions related to accounts.
