One of my key clients, a 50+ head Tech recruitment specialist, are looking for a UK Perm Director to join their highly successful London team. After an incredible 5-year journey, my client are looking to continue the significant investment they have launched into growth so far - taking the business from ground zero to 50+ heads - in five years.
In this role, you will inherit a team of 5, focusing on the below:
- Revenue generation - This is a hands-on role, you must be comfortable with leading from the front.
- People development - My client are huge on providing opportunities, which means their leaders must be able to help each and every level of their team to develop.
- Headcount expansion - With goals to double headcount over the next 2 years, you will be given significant scope to grow your team.
