We work with a broad spectrum of clients from O2 and CompareTheMarket to easyJet, Paddy Power, Dominos and Cadbury. Our work transcends the marketing mix, leading everything from social media or launch campaigns to DM and web build.
VCCP Health is a specialist agency that aims to bring greater strategic rigour and raise creative standards in healthcare communications. The agency works on prescription, medical devices, animal health, OTC & wellness brands, developing materials for communications aimed at healthcare professional and consumer audiences.

We are looking for a Midweight Integrated Creative Producer to work with our health team. The Creative Producer is the linchpin between creative, medical writers, production and account management. You will manage the project from scoping to final delivery, maintaining timings and budgets, and have oversight of production partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management: Define the overall project approach, communicate and manage throughout the process, plan ahead and book internal reviews and briefings.
- Resource Management: Work closely with the Resource Manager to ensure teams are resourced correctly.
- Management of Projects: Define the overall project approach, create and own creative and production timelines, report on progress, risk and issues.
- Budget Control / Financial Management: Ensure all production projects are accurately scoped, provide guidance on feasibility of creative concepts to budgets.
- Attitude: A passion for organisation and project management, resilience in a fast-paced environment, ability to build rapport and establish excellent working relationships.
