Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacist to join our East Kootenay Regional Hospital Pharmacy Team in Cranbrook, BC. About The Job

Pharmacists are at the forefront of healthcare, providing essential pharmacy services. Duties include interpreting medication orders and prescriptions, assessing therapeutic suitability, and ensuring medications are efficiently and accurately dispensed, compounded, and labeled. You will communicate with healthcare professionals and patients to resolve prescription issues, offer instructions on medication use, and participate in medication use evaluations, safety initiatives, quality control activities, and clinical drug trials. You will also ensure all activities comply with legal, professional, and departmental standards. This is a casual opportunity. Casual employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
