We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join a fast-growing F1 & Moto GP Travel company, offering support to the Sales Team with all post-booking administration.
This is a customer-facing role requiring someone with strong written and spoken English, along with an outgoing ‘sales-focused’ attitude. You will be working closely with our Sales team to support their day-to-day duties. You will also be the single point of contact for all guest’s pre-departure.
You will be responsible for:
- Generation of all post-sale booking documents (Confirmations, ATOL Certificates).
- Post-sales booking changes (flight amendments, guest requests).
- Booking flights.
- Pre-departure communication.
- Holiday cover (10% of the role): receiving and responding to guest enquiries, sending of relevant quotes/information.
Required Skills:
- Experience within the Travel Industry (desirable).
- Admin / Customer Service experience (essential).
- An interest in F1 / Motorsport.
- Experience of basic applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Confident persona.
The package:
- Circa £25k PA - plus performance-related bonus.
- Hybrid working - 3 days on-site (Fulham).
