We’re hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing, well-funded recruitment company based in central Harrogate, just moments from Valley Gardens. Known for their high standards and ambitious culture, they’re now looking to bring four graduates into the team to support continued expansion. The business also operates a successful sister company, offering strong long-term career potential - including leadership opportunities and equity for top performers.

As a Graduate Resourcer, you’ll step into a 180-style role, focusing initially on candidate delivery and supporting existing recruitment projects. Working alongside a high-performing team lead, you’ll help match top talent with key roles in high-demand industries, all within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and engaging with quality candidates
  • Working on active assignments with speed and precision
  • Supporting consultants in delivering for clients
  • Playing a key role in a motivated, performance-led team

Career Path

  • First 6 months: Delivery-focused – building your skills in sourcing and candidate engagement
  • After 6 months: Option to specialise in a growing vertical or move into a 360° consultant/BD role
  • Long-term: Potential to progress into leadership, with equity opportunities for standout performers

  • Monday to Thursday: High-intensity, output-driven work culture
  • Fridays: Early finish (typically 1 PM) or full day off when targets are met
