What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set work
  • Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
  • Support a positive and safe learning environment
  • Report back to teaching staff at the end of the day

Essential Requirements:

  • Proof of enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months)
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Two recent UK-based references
  • Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence in delivering lessons and engaging learners independently
