What You’ll Do:
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set work
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
- Support a positive and safe learning environment
- Report back to teaching staff at the end of the day
Essential Requirements:
- Proof of enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Two recent UK-based references
- Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
- Confidence in delivering lessons and engaging learners independently
