Purpose of the Role: Join an expert service team as a Calibration & Instrumentation Technician, where your precision and technical skills will help ensure the highest standards in sensor calibration, testing, and repair. You'll be an essential part of delivering trusted, traceable calibration services that exceed customer expectations and uphold ISO compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform accurate, in-house calibration, verification, and adjustment of sensors and systems—such as pressure, charge, and force measurement tools—following internal procedures and ISO 17025 standards.
  • Maintain meticulous, traceable calibration records, test reports, and certificates using our internal systems to support audit-readiness and data integrity.
  • Operate and maintain calibration rigs, lab instruments, and reference standards. You'll also verify and optimise their performance to ensure reliable results.
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues with returned customer equipment. Coordinate repairs or replacements to restore full functionality.
  • Inspect and evaluate incoming and outgoing customer equipment for quality assurance. Support adherence to ISO quality systems, health & safety rules, and lab best practices.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure efficient turnaround of customer service jobs and consistently high-quality service.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to refine calibration methods, enhance procedures, and improve documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits and play a role in maintaining our ISO 17025 accreditation.
  • Keep your skills sharp and your knowledge current with ongoing training on evolving products, calibration standards, and techniques.
  • Provide technical assistance via our internal ticketing system and support quotation preparation for calibration and repair services.
  • Help manage the receipt, logging, and dispatch of customer equipment with care and accuracy.
