We’re proud to partner with a leading salon group to find a Head of Marketing & Communications who will shape and lead their marketing strategy across digital, brand, CRM, PR, and events. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing leader with a passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle, and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll lead a talented team across digital, PR, social media, and design. You’ll be responsible for delivering an integrated, strategic marketing plan that supports growth, elevates brand visibility, and maintains consistent communications across multiple channels. You'll also work closely with directors and creatives to ensure campaign execution is aligned at every level.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the annual marketing strategy, aligned with business goals
- Guide brand campaigns, including messaging, creative direction, and salon-level alignment
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of four direct reports across marketing disciplines
- Oversee all digital activity including website optimisation, CRM, and social media
- Implement a CRM strategy using platforms like Voyado to drive segmentation and retention
- Deliver impactful internal communications and lead events such as awards and franchisee dinners
- Manage marketing budgets and present campaign performance to the Board
- 7+ years in a senior marketing or communications role
- Sector experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven success with integrated brand and campaign strategy
- Experience managing CRM platforms (Voyado is a plus)
- Strong aesthetic and creative direction experience, including campaign shoots
- Salary: £60,000 pro rata
