A well-established M&E Building Services Contractor is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join their growing team.

As the successful CAD Technician you will have experience using AutoCAD and Revit and will have experience creating detailed designs and providing re-design services.

The Package:

  • Salary - £30,000-£42,000 (DOE)
  • Working Hours – 8:30-5:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Holiday 25 days + bank holidays
  • Pension
  • Dental and medical cover
  • Company bonus

The Role:

  • Producing 2D MEP drawings from consultants / sub-contractors design or from in-house engineer mark-ups.
  • Producing fully co-ordinated MEP 3D Models – Combining Architectural / Structural / MEP Consultants designs.
  • Site visits to discuss design issues.
  • Site surveys to establish on-site conditions.

Requirements:

  • Revit MEP minimum 2 year full time.
  • Autocad minimum 2 year full time.
