Energy Project Manager

London / Hybrid

Suitable for individuals with 2+ years of project management experience within the energy, renewable or infrastructure sectors.

£50,000 basic, bonus, healthcare and pension

Our client is a fast growing power producer with a portfolio of £250M+ projects to deliver over the next 5 years. Due to this growing pipeline they are seeking an ambitious project manager with 2+ post graduate experience to join the team.

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for managing multiple packages of work on a large renewable construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EPC package project delivery, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary client-side interface across internal teams, subcontractors, and site operations.
  • Coordinate remote and on-site project meetings to drive timely decisions and progress.
  • Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and manage QA compliance.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement, and design coordination.
  • Ensure safety excellence and continuous improvement across all phases.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure effective site instructions.
  • Support commissioning plans and integration into overall project strategy.
  • Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
  • Experience of NEC form of contract
