We’re looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our vibrant team at Madison Brook’s Head Office in Bankside. You’ll take ownership of a well-established portfolio of residential properties across London, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Arrange and manage property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments with trusted contractors.
- Monitor and manage rent arrears, ensuring timely collection and clear communication.
- Handle tenancy renewals, inspections, deposit returns, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all processes are aligned with current legislation and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with our lettings, accounts, and client service teams for a seamless customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management or a senior lettings role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in handling a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- ARLA qualification desirable, but not essential.
