The Head of UKI will be responsible for leading all GTM activities across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the GM, EMEA, this role is a key member of the EMEA Revenue Leadership Team and will play a critical role in shaping and executing Asana’s Growth strategy for the region. You will partner closely with leaders across Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel to own the full-funnel GTM playbook across our Corporate, Enterprise and New Business customer segments.
The Head of UKI will be the strategic leader responsible for driving all go-to-market activities across the United Kingdom and Ireland, reporting directly to the GM of EMEA as a key member of the EMEA Revenue Leadership Team. This executive will own the full-funnel GTM playbook across the region, partnering closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel leaders to execute Asana's regional growth strategy. The role requires exceptional leadership capabilities to build and develop a high-performing Revenue organization while establishing Asana's market presence throughout the region. This role is based in our London office with a schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Build a strong community of Customers, Partners, Employees across the UKI.
- Develop and execute on the Strategy for Growth in the UKI.
- Partner with Customer Success to build a customer coverage model that drives both revenue growth and retention across all segments.
- Define and refine the territorial coverage model for UKI across multiple Segments.
- Lead, inspire, and collaborate with Sales and matrixed teams to design and execute a multi-year GTM plan for winning in the region.
- Hire, nurture, and develop top talent, building career paths and succession plans.
- Act as a senior representative for Asana with C-level customers, prospects, and media across the region.
- Establish and operationalize our playbook to fuel pipeline and Customer growth.
- Create strong feedback loops with the Product team to influence product evolution based on customer insights.
- Evolve the Account Team Playbook to support enterprise growth, ensuring alignment across SDRs, Sales, Success, and Services, adapting to the maturity of each local market.
About You:
- Over 10 years Experience Leading and Scaling GTM Teams account UKI and EMEA.
- Experience scaling GTM organisations to ~100m.
- Proven track record of driving growth across Commercial and Enterprise Segments.
- Experience working in Product Led and Sales Led Businesses.
- Operationally strong — able to independently build GTM, operating, and talent plans.
- Intellectually curious, driven by solving complex challenges, analytical and naturally open-minded.
- A collaborative partner, especially with Product and Marketing, comfortable navigating matrixed environments.
- A low-ego leader who builds influence through thoughtful communication and high-quality execution.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial, unafraid to take smart risks and build new capabilities from the ground up.
- Results orientated - proven in delivering consistent Bookings, ARR and Customer Growth.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we’re committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £161,150-189,750. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
