We\’re seeking an experienced and outstanding cable design expert to help shape CablePRO, our intelligent cable design software. This position is both creative and rigorous by nature. You need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a \”get it done\” spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills and deep technical knowledge of cable design..

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical expert on power and fiber optic cable design
• Validate engineering calculations and ensure compliance with IEC, BS, UL, and other standards
• Provide consulting expertise to our clients and product team
• Define logic and parameters for intelligent cable configurations
• Collaborate with developers and engineers on new feature development
• Support technical documentation, training, and product demos

Must Have

• Master\’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in power and/or fiber optic cable design
• Solid understanding of cable construction, ampacity, derating, and materials
• Familiarity andhand on experience with international cable design standards
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Highly creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented

Nice to have

• Experience using or building cable design software anddocumentations
• Knowledge of the cable manufacturing lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in consulting or technical product management
