As a Digital PR Executive at MediaVision, you will play a key role in the Digital PR team, collaborating closely with our content and SEO teams to create brilliant work for clients, enhancing their online presence and driving engagement.
Working with a range of Britain’s top retail brands, you will support on all aspects of the client lifecycle from pitch all the way through to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement link-building digital PR campaigns from high authority domains that boost SEO visibility, making use of our proprietary tools to identify insights to activate upon.
Multilingual capability is a key requirement for this role. You should be fluent in at least one European language in addition to English, ideally German, French, or Italian, to support international PR efforts across our growing portfolio of clients in European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on market and campaign research to build campaigns for clients.
- Support on creative ideation sessions, using creative thinking and data to come up with unique data-led ideas that cut through the noise of competitive industries and help consistently hit targets for your clients.
- Support with creating in-depth plans and roadmaps for clients.
- Support on performance management and reporting for clients, including the creation and presentation of monthly performance decks.
- With the support of the senior PR team, execute the production of Digital PR campaigns – including creating strong data and content briefs.
- With the support of your manager, build effective and successful outreach strategies for your clients.
- Execute tailored outreach pitches, write press releases and find outreach opportunities that will get journalists interested in your clients.
- Build relationships with key journalists across a range of relevant media.
- Confidently communicate your work and results to your clients and internally.
- Use a range of digital PR tools to help report on the success of and advance your clients' PR ideas.
- Use a range of tools and sources to collect, process and creatively analyze data that will form the basis of successful PR ideas.
- Support existing clients and new business by monitoring market trends and conducting research into those that would benefit clients.
- Follow and manage existing data processes and dashboards.
- Cultivate your own specialism and be enabled to grow as a leader within the digital PR team and agency as a whole.
- Support the development of the wider PR team by participating in thought leadership.
- Support with new client pitches, helping to generate innovative and exciting ideas and strategies.
- Attend internal and external training sessions to develop your Content / Creative / SEO and Digital PR skill set.

Operational Requirements:
To successfully fulfil your role at MediaVision, the following processes must be followed in line with our company “Ways of Working”, to ensure alignment and clear communication across the business:
- Asana – Tasks must be managed on time and planned across the week.
- Harvest – Hours need to be clearly logged on Harvest daily.
- Communication – Any client concerns or blockers, e.g. missed deadlines, need to be raised at the daily stand up.
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
- Circa. 1-2 years of experience in Digital PR and an agency environment.
- Multilingual capability is a key requirement for this role. You should be fluent in at least one European language in addition to English, ideally German, French, or Italian.
