Portico are currently recruiting for a Reservations and Events Supervisor (Conference Services Supervisor) for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City of London. The successful candidate will work alongside the Reservations and Events Manager to book and coordinate all campus bookings and events, ensuring seamless service and a professional image. This role is highly visible and involves close collaboration with the firm's staff, clients, and other service partners. It is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to excellent service.
Shift pattern: 40 hours/week, 8.30 hours/day from 08:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday. Flexibility for earlier/later shifts may be required.
Salary: £37,128.83 per annum
