About the Role:
We are seeking highly experienced Account Executives (Enterprise Sales) who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by the opportunity to drive growth in the regulatory tech space. The ideal candidate will have a distinguished track record in enterprise sales, specifically within the banking and financial services sector. You should have a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in FX, Fixed Income and trading analytics. You will be instrumental in selling our solutions and building relationships with senior stakeholders (Head of Markets, Head of Fixed Income, Head of FX, Head of Sales, Head of Data Analytics).
This is a great opportunity for senior Account Executives who are at the top of their game to:
- Drive new business growth for a market defining applied AI leader by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for regulatory archiving and compliance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with some of the most prestigious banking and financial services clients in the World, serving as a trusted partner for them.
- Proactively create and manage your own sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring that you make serious additional income from your sales commissions.
What You'll Bring:
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox and Mosaic Smart Data as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in FX, Rates and Credit and with a particular specialisation in trading analytics.
- Experience selling a complex solution (ie: OMS, EMS, Data Analytics platform) into FICC sales, trading & technology leadership at large investment banks.
- Understanding of FICC Markets, Trading & Data Technology landscape (key players, and value they provide).
- Track record of consistently achieving and outperforming sales targets with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
- Articulate ROI, cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies associated with an enterprise SaaS Front Office Analytics solution.
- Build a network and engage with key stakeholders across Sales and Trading within Financial services.
- Nurture and progress complex Enterprise sales cycles - from early stage outbound prospecting through to deal closure.
- Navigate a high degree of cross functional collaboration in a fast pace organization to progress sales opportunities.
- Utilize your knowledge of value-based selling methodologies, such as Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, or SPIN Selling.
