Working under the direction of the Senior Insight Manager, Social & Product, this role manages a small team of (around 3-5) Insight Analysts to source and prepare high-value insight supporting decisions across Product, Channel 4+, and Distribution. The role generates insights for C-Suite and Senior Leaders to enable profitable business decisions. The team focuses on Product, Subscriber, and Distribution data. While specialists in their analytical area, they are expected to understand all business areas to ensure cross-pillar impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert in Product, Distribution, and Channel 4+ analysis, developing a Product analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage and develop the team, coaching for excellence and skill growth.
  • Conduct hands-on analysis of digital products, advocating for user needs, identifying pain points, and influencing Product strategy.
  • Advise on data collection requirements for new features, building measurement frameworks and audits.
  • Ensure data and insights are accurate and reliable.
  • Collaborate with Experimentation, User Research, and Insight Business Partnership teams to generate rich, cohesive insights.
  • Propose innovative approaches to insights based on industry trends, new data sets, and analysis methods.
  • Contribute ideas to evolve the insight function’s impact, value, and capabilities.
  • Drive self-service capabilities with the Business Partner & Reporting Team to automate analysis and enhance stakeholder access.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Management experience leading analysts with diverse skills.
  • Background in Product or Subscriber analytics, preferably in Streaming, Broadcasting, or Media.
  • Technical expertise in Adobe Analytics or similar tools, SQL, and optionally Python/R.
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset to foster teamwork within Insight and across the business.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting findings and challenging stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Work Arrangement

From September 2023, employees will work a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Up to 10 days working from another location is also permitted.
