Base pay range

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interface Manager to play a pivotal role on a high-profile construction project at Heathrow.
The project will be working for a major tier 1 contractor on a building project which has potential to grow into further work thereafter this scheme.
Experience of working on projects at Heathrow previously is essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing critical interfaces between work packages, stakeholders, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Act as the central point of coordination between all interfacing trades, design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage interface plans, trackers, and protocols to proactively identify and mitigate interface risks.
• Lead interface coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of design, construction, and logistical clashes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, construction managers, and package leads to maintain alignment on program milestones.
• Ensure timely information flow and that interface deliverables are met in line with the construction schedule.
• Monitor design and construction progress to ensure cross-discipline integration is maintained.
• Manage and report on interface issues, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance processes related to interface activities.
