Role Description
This is a role for a Software Developer (Freelance or Contract-to-Hire) at FittFind. The Software Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design tasks associated with the development and maintenance of the cinematic football platform.
In this role you will:
- Translate our completed Figma designs and motion concepts into a live production website using Next.js, Framer Motion, and Tailwind CSS
- Implement animation-rich, scroll-based storytelling and responsive transitions that feel immersive, clean, and fast
- Collaborate closely with the founder (FIFA Licensed Agent + startup operator) to execute a clear roadmap for launch
- Optimize for performance, SEO, and mobile-first responsiveness across devices
- Set up deployment via Vercel and maintain a clean, scalable codebase
- (Optional) Advise on CMS integration (e.g. Sanity, Contentful) for blog/news sections and content control
Qualifications
Weβre looking for candidates with a strong eye for design, pixel-perfect frontend builds, and experience crafting dynamic, branded websites.
Required:
- 7β10 years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Proven expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Working knowledge of Framer Motion or equivalent animation libraries
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex Figma designs into code with visual fidelity
- Strong portfolio of launch-ready, animation-enhanced websites
- Experience with Vercel, Git workflows, and static site deployment
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
- Front-End Development and Web Design skills
- Experience in Web Development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field

- Interest in the football industry or sports technology
- Familiarity with headless CMS integration (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi)
- Backend/API experience (e.g. Firebase, Node.js, or Go)
